Context Report and Toolkit for Health Services for People with Intellectual Disability, 2015

Resource Description

This report is a summary of work undertaken by the ACI Intellectual Disability Health Network in moving towards a health system that results in better outcomes for people with an intellectual disability (ID). It sets out the case for change by examining current disparities between health outcomes for those with an ID, and the general population. It is aimed at the whole of the health sector including mental health for anyone providing a service to a person with an ID.
